Go to the shopAt ATANA, we want you to be delighted with your purchases. If there’s a need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Please ensure that the item(s) are in their pristine, original condition — unopened, unused, with all original packaging and labels in place. Items not adhering to this standard may be ineligible for a refund.

Please note that once your order is placed, it's final. Cancellations are not feasible, but our customer support is here to assist you with any other queries.
Starting a Return
To begin the return process, head to our Returns Portal and fill in the required details. If your return meets our criteria, you’ll receive an email with a return label. Please be aware, there is a combined return label and restocking fee of $9.50, which will be deducted from your refund.
Processing Your Return
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), you’ll get an email confirmation, and we’ll promptly issue a refund to your original payment method. Kindly note original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the aforementioned fees will be subtracted from your refund total.
Final Sale Items
We do not accept returns on bundles, travel-size products, or digital gift cards — all sales of these items are final.
Faulty Items
Received something less than perfect? Contact us at info@atanaheadspa.com for a potential replacement or refund. Should we need the faulty item returned, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
